C.M.P.No.10234 of 2022 in A.S.Sr.No.161571 of 2019 R.N.MANJULA, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to accept the cause title as shown in the above Appeal Suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd appellant/3rd defendant died after the Judgment was pronounced by the trial Court and before this appeal was filed.

Hence, in the cause title, the deceased 2nd appellant/3rd defendant is shown as died.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and the cause title is accepted.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal suit, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission.
