ORDER
This case has been heard through video conference The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420 IPC and 5 of TNPID Act, in Crime No.3 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have been arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 22.11.2020.
3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
