PRAYER in W.P.No.27362/2014 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the institutions who are admitted the students for the academic year 2012-2013 in the I.T.I. Trade Courses based on the petitioners' representation dated 18.07.2014 and 21.07.2014. The petitioner in these writ petitions praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 in W.P.No.15459 of 2014 and 1 to 3 in W.P.No.27362 of 2014 to take appropriate action against the institutions who have admitted the students to undergo ITI Course belatedly and stated that they were admitted in the year 2012-2013 academic session. It is seen that the respondents have already taken action and orders have been passed by the respondents and those orders have to be challenged in W.P.No.1702 of 2014, etc., batch and those writ petitions were disposed of by order dated 27.02.2015.

3. In view of the order passed in W.P.No.1702 of 2014 etc., batch, no further order is required in these writ petitions. With the above observation, both these writ petitions are disposed of.
