ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.289 of 2019, before the Honourable Metropolitan Magistrate CCB, CBCID Court, Egmore, Chennai for the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3690 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No. 3909 of 2020 dated 24.03.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner was unable to raise funds and he would seek further period of four weeks to comply the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3690 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2020 dated 24.03.2020.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extent the time by four weeks from today to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3690 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.3909 of 2020 dated 24.03.2020 and no more extension will be granted.
