This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal Sr.No.22725 of 2025 against the judgment and sentence dated 30.01.2025 in Spl.S.C.No.68 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
