Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the offence from under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC to under Sections 294(b), 326 and 506(ii) of IPC and to include the same in Crime No.312 of 2016 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to file final report before the competent Court. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the offence from under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC to under Sections 294(b), 326 and 506(ii) of IPC and to include the same in Crime No.312 of 2016 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to file final report before the competent Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent completed the investigation and file final report for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 326 of IPC as against the accused persons before the Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram.
