ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to complete the action for the removal of encroachments made in the public road in T.S. No.77, Ward-E, Block No.16, Door No.24, Sathyamangalam Municipality, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District, in terms of the order dated 21.10.2013 passed in W.P. No.28487 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought by the petitioner has already been attended to and action has been taken against the errant second respondent. Thus, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
