Respondents Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, for the speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.487 of 2003, on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, within the time to be framed and stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the II Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.487 of 2003 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible on merits in accordance with law.

2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submitted that the suit has been pending for the past 12 years. The proposed parties have already been filed applications. I.A.Nos.429 and 120 of 2014 were allowed, I.A.No.440 of 2014 was dismissed on 27.08.2015 and steps to amend by 16.09.2015. Even then, the trial Court has not shown any interest to dispose of the suit. He further submitted that the suit is for declaration that the first defendant Sangam is not legally constituted Sangam and not valid and binding as against Aaru Veethi 18 Chettimaitharargal belonging to Manakula Devanga Chettiar community living in Coimbatore city and its suburbs and also mandatory injunction, he prayed for early disposal of the suit.

3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners and on perusal of the typed set of papers, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit as early as possible. Accordingly, the Presiding Officer, II Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose

of the suit in O.S.No.487 of 2003 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day to day basis, after giving fair opportunity to both the parties.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
