This court, vide order, dated 24.05.2024 has suspended the sentence imposed on the petitioner without imposing any condition directing the petitioner to pay the cheque amount as ordered by the appellate court, since the petitioner has already deposited 20% of the cheque amount.

2. In view of the above, in addition to the earlier conditions imposed by this court, the petitioner is directed to pay 30% of the cheque amount to the credit of C.C.No.3274 of 2011 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC - V, Saidapet, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the suspension of sentence of imprisonment granted by this court on 24.05.2024, shall stand automatically vacated, without any further reference to this Court.
