Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police that the complainant herein is none other than the wife of the petitioner. In connection with the said complaint, the petitioner was called for enquiry and the enquiry is still pending.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent/Police to complete the enquiry in respect of the complaint given by the petitioner's wife at the earliest.
