The writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 27.12.2024 wherein, the petitioner is seeking for issuance of joint patta in the name of the petitioner and her family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the grievance expressed by the petitioner and the limited issue that is involved in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 27.12.2024 strictly in line with G.O.Ms.No.97 dated 21.02.2025 and take a final decision within a period of eight weeks 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
