ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.07.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C., r/w 306 of IPC, in Crime No.572 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are the brothers of deceased husband. Further, taking advantage of the absence of her husband, the petitioners had misbehaved the deceased and thereafter, the petitioners had humiliated the deceased by wantonly pushed one person into her house and locked the door, so that she committed suicide by set on fire herself, she died. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the deceased committed suicide, the petitioners are not responsible. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the fact that the investigation is at initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 03/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
