When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the legal heirship certificate for the deceased / V.Varalakshmi must be produced and that based thereon, disbursement of pensionary and other benefits will take place. The stand is perfectly reasonable. Recording the stand of the respondents, writ petition stands disposed of.
