PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of The Constitutionof India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to recommend the name of the petitioner to the fourth respondent based on the call letter dated 24.11.2011, following certificate verification conducted on 03.12.2011. Consequently directing the fourth respondent to appoint the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher. In view of the subsequent developments of modification in the Rules of certificate verification, no further adjudication needs to be entertained.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner also states that the very same petitioner has already approached the Supreme Court of India, for redressal of grievances in respect of the modification and qualification of Teachers Eligibility Test in SLP.No.31042 of 2012.

3. Thus, no further adjudication on the grounds raised in this writ petition needs to be considered.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
