Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from 2nd respondent pertaining to sale certificate of property situated at Old T.S.No.7/3100, 7/3101 and New T.S.No.7/139/1 site No.9 of Ramakrishnapuram, Southern side of Chokkampudur Road, Kumarapalayam Village, Coimbatore Taluk with extent of 1755 sq. feet land along with construction of two floors which is registered as Doc. No.7647/2018 dated 05.12.2018 in Joint Sub-Registrar-I, Coimbatore, quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to refund the sale amount of Rs.1,01,70,000/- with interest.

ORDER

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.17234 of 2019 is also dismissed.
