The petitioner made a representation on 09.06.2015 seeking necessary entry under the UDR Scheme for Survey No.810, Onnalvadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. On receipt of the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation, the respondent no.2 has directed the respondent no.4 to conduct an enquiry and send the report through respondent no.3. The petitioner has also made another representation to the respondent no.3 on 11.08.2015. As no further action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Considering the same, the respondent no.2 is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 09.06.2015 made by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after getting the necessary report from the respondent No.4.
