In an earlier occasion, this Court vide order dated 08.09.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13780 of 2020 has granted fifteeen days time for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

2. Today when the petiton is came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to surrender before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

3. In view of the above, this Court has granted further two weeks from today for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
