ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) and 307 of I.P.C. in Crime No.99 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 19.06.2021, the petitioners along with other accused persons came and assaulted the defacto complainant with deadly weapons and attempted to murder him. As a result, the defacto complainant sustained grievous injuries and admitted in the Hospital. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Due to previous enmity, the defacto complainant gave a false complaint against the petitioners. Hence, the learned counsel prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no previous case pending as against the petitioners. The other accused A1 and A3 were already arrested. However, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of offence committed by the accused persons, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
