This petition has been filed to set aside the Order passed on 16.09.2020 in Crl.M.P.3736 of 2020 on the file of the Learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and to grant custody of the 1st respondent/accused for 8 days for interrogation by the investigating officer.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the petitioner submitted that already entire investigation in this case has been completed in Crime No.956 of 2020 and the final report is filed before the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai on 07.02.2022.
