C.M.P.No.19233 of 2022 in CMA.S.R.No.65311 of 2021 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 533 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The contesting respondent has entered appearance through caveator and he has also been kept informed by the counsel for the appellant. The delay is of 533 days which includes the pandemic period.

3.Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 533 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
