This petition has been filed by the petitioner / accused no.1 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.124 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the charge sheet came to be filed in the said crime.
