On behalf of the respondents, a communication dated 01.07.2023 had been forwarded, which reveal that the terminal benefits have been paid to the petitioner herein.
The Writ Petition itself has been filed seeking disbursement of payment relating to Employee benefit pension and various other amounts payable at the time of retirement. Since the issue has been addressed by the respondents and this fact is also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are required.
