O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct an investigation on the representation dated 22.04.2023 made by the petitioner and to take action against the 4th and 5th respondents.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been taken into consideration and an investigation has been conducted and that a reply will be given to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to respond to the representation made by the petitioner dated 22.04.2023, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
