Prayer in W.P.No.31183 of 2015:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to furnish details with respect of auction proceedings on 14/3/2015 vide paper publication dated 10/2/2015 published in Dinamani Newspaper regarding the details of the persons participated in the auction, final bid amount, name of the alleged

successful bidder, payment details/schedule etc., by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 17/3/2015 within an appropriate time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank, on instruction, submits that the respondent-Bank will furnish all the details as sought by the petitioner in these writ petitions, within a period of one week.

3. In view of the aforestated fair submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions, at this stage.

4. Accordingly, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. Mvs.
