Kaarkathavelan community and also the right to perform 12th day kattalai on Vaikasi Visagam Car Festival on 25.05.2024 on behalf of his community people in Arulmighu Arthanareeswarar Thirukovil, Tiruchengode, Namakkal District by considering his representation dated 20.05.2024 and pass orders.
