..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order of the 4th respondent which is made in O.A.No.1172 of 2012 dated 03.06.2014 insofar as rejecting the claim of the petitioner to grant pension to the petitioner by taking into account of 30 years of GDS (Gramin Dak Sevak) service rendered by the petitioner to cure the shortfall of 54 days by invoking Rule 88 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 and quash the same, consequent to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant minimum pension to the petitioner.
