ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.321 of 2014 dated 30.07.2014 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed and the final report filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate- I, Salem on 10.08.2018 and the same was not taken on file.

3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
