When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner had already joined the course and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
