This petition is filed to modify the order of this Court dated 19.04.2023 made in Crl.R.C.No.604 of 2023

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the vehicle involved is not registered as on date. To prove the ownership of the vehicle, only the insurance copy and delivery note received from the Company is available. Therefore, paragraph 10(i) of the order of this Court dated 19.04.2023 made in Crl.R.C.No.604 of 2023 may be modified in this regard. Learned counsel further submitted that Engine number of the vehicle has been wrongly typed as "NNMZWBE0151" instead of "NNM2WBE0151" in the order dated 19.04.2023 and the same may be rectified.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the vehicle is not registered as on date, I am inclined to modify the order. Accordingly, paragraph 10(i) of the order of this Court dated 19.04.2023 made in Crl.R.C.No.604 of 2023 is modified to the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

kj effect that "the petitioner shall prove his ownership of the vehicle by producing insurance copy and delivery note issued by the Company of the vehicle". In the order of this Court dated 19.04.2023 made in Crl.R.C.No.604 of 2023, wherever the Engine number of the vehicle has been typed as "NNMZWBE0151", it should be corrected as "NNM2WBE0151".

4. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after carrying out the above mentioned corrections. The other contents of the order of this Court dated 19.04.2023 made in Crl.R.C.No.604 of 2023 shall remain unaltered.
