CRIME NO.260 OF 2019.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to order extension of time to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties in Crl.M.P.No.12367 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No. 16583 of 2019 dated 30.08.2019.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SUBASH, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 28.06.2019, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This court vide order dated 30.08.2019 in Crl.MP.No.12367 of 2019, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners again seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

4. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
