2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17388 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23037 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed.
