Hectares and 129/1 0.49 Hectares in No.87 Vallapakkam without following the due process of law.

JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the writ appellant seeks for withdrawal of the writ appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge. An endorsement is made to that effect. In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.10325 of 2022 is also dismissed.
