ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing yesterday [15.11.2021], there was no representation for the petitioner. Even on an earlier occasion, i.e., on 05.06.2020, there was no representation on behalf

of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption ''For Dismissal'' today [16.11.2021]. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the Revision Petition for non prosecution.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
