ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 344 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused abused and attacked the defacto complainant and caused injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital on 15.06.2022. He would further submit that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking note of the fact that there are four previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
