Crl.M.P.No.7192 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10901 of 2023 V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J, This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10901 of 2023 on 10.05.2023.

2. Heard. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Insofar as the second petitioner is concerned, he shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 06.00 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
