Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 19.04.2022 vide refusal slip RFL/HARUR/99/2022 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed dated 24.02.2022 presented by the petitioner and to return the same on its registration forthwith.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.
