ORDER

Heard Mr.B.Lenin Babu, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks restoration of his name in the petition mentioned revenue records. He has given representation in this regard.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informed this Court that enquiry is being conducted and that final orders will be passed by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
