Considering the reasons made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram, the time granted for disposing of CMP No.1 941 of 2022 in CC No.64 of 2021 is extended by a further period of two months. It is made clear that no further request for extension will be entertained and the learned Judicial Magistrate I, is required to follow the time line strictly.
