This petition is filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the deposit receipt in the above appeal against M.C.O.P.No.243 of 2012 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal Subordinate Judge) at Kanchipuram.

2. Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant had already deposited a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards mandatory deposit, however, the receipt was misplaced and hence seeks permission to dispense with the production of the copy of the deposit receipt. She has further submitted that she has filed a xerox copy of the said deposit receipt.

3. In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal.
