ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to publish the marks obtained by all the candidates who have participated in the written examination for the post of Junior Assistant - Admin and the questions papers and its key answers asked for in the written examination.

The petitioner states that she is a Graduate in History and on 10.12.2015, the 2nd respondent Board issued an order in Proceedings No.10, prescribing mode of recruitment and for direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineer, Technical Assistant and Field Assistant (Trainee) and for other approved posts, numbering 750. Accordingly, a Recruitment notification, calling for applications was issued on 29.02.2016 for selection and appointment to the post of Junior Assistant-Admin along with other posts. The petitioner submitted an application for selection to the post of Junior Assistant - Admin.

3. The grievances of the writ petitioner is that she scored 33.55 out of 100 marks. The candidates applied for Junior Assistant - Admin can see only his / her marks in the website. The marks scored by the other candidates were not published by the respondents till date. Thus, there is no transparency in the matter of publication of results.
4. The respondents have stated that the petitioner was not within the zone of consideration. Therefore, the petitioner was not selected. Regarding the appointment of Junior Assistant - Admin and Junior Assistant - Accounts, this Court adjudicated the validity of the recruitment in W.P.No.19516 of 2015 & etc., batch dated 23.11.2017. In the said batch of writ petitions, the minimum general educational qualifications prescribed for Junior Assistant was questioned. However, in the present case, the petitioner participated in the written examination and now prayed for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to publish the marks obtained by all other candidates. Such a general relief at this length of time need not be considered.
5. The publication of results and its procedures were already notified 3/6
and now after participating in the process of selection, the petitioner cannot question the procedures already notified. The entire recruitment procedures right from online registration of application and upto calling for interview were notified. The petitioner having accepted the said conditions notified and participated in the written examination, now cannot turn around and claim that the respondents should publish the results of all the candidates.

Except seeking the prayer to publish the result of all other candidates, the petitioner has not made out any specific malpractices or corrupt activities in the process of selection and therefore, the relief as such sought for deserves no further consideration and consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
