O R D E R

Mr. S.V. Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider her representation dated 03.04.2017 and to grant separate Patta to the properties mentioned as B-schedule and Joint Patta to the properties mentioned as E-Schedule in her representation dated 03.04.2017, which had been allotted to her as per final decree dated 28.08.2001 and possession taken by her though Court in E.P. No.54/2005 in O.S. No.86/1996, on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate dated 17.12.2008.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2017, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.

4. Mr. S.V.Doraisolamalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2017, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
