ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.134 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025 that the appellant shall appear and sign before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.

2. Heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The condition No.8 (iii) imposed on the petitioner that the appellant shall appear and sign before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates vide order dated 18.03.2025 in Crl.A.No.134 of 2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. and shall appear before Trial Court on all hearing dates until further orders.

4. All other conditions remain unaltered.
