Heard Mr.D.Babu Varadharajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

2. With the consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

3. The petitioner seeks for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to implement the order of the Tahsildar, Thirukazhukundram, in Na.Ka.No.1627/2011/A1, dated ....7.2012 within the time limit as stipulated by this Court.

4. According to the petitioner, elaborate enquiry was conducted by the Tahsildar and the Tahsildar has also submitted a report to the respondent stating that the patta granted in favour of one Chandrasekara Chettiar is incorrect and recommended for grant of patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property in question. This recommendation was given in the communication in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Na.Ka.No.1627/2011/A1, dated ....07.2012 (signed on 06.08.2012) of the Tahsildar, Thirukazhukundram. Now the dispute is pending before the respondent.

5. In the light of the above, the respondent is directed to consider the report dated ...07.2012 (signed on 06.08.2012) submitted by the Tahsildar, Thirukazhukundram, and pass appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if the respondent opines that notice has to be issued to any third parties or the said Chandrasekara Chettiar, then the respondent shall issue notice and after hearing the party party, take a decision in the matter as stated above.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
