The petitioner made a representation on 23.02.2015 to the respondent seeking appointment of Committee of Trustees to manage and administer the temple. Seeking a direction to that effect, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice if the pending representation is disposed of. 3.Taking into consideration the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
