Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned appointment order of the Third Respondent in Che. Mu. Na. Ka. No. 1892/A1/2017 dated 18.01.2018 passed by the Second Respondent, quash the same and direct the Second Respondent to appoint the Petitioner as Anganwadi Assistant in the place of the Third Respondent.

The Petitioner and the Third Respondent had applied for the post of Anganwadi Assistant at Chettythangal Anganwadi Centre and the Third Respondent had been selected to that post, which has been challenged by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition.

The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that in the absence of publishing the marks secured by the competing candidates in the interview, the selection process gets vitiated and the appointment of the Third Respondent cannot be sustained. In response, the Second Respondent has filed Counter-Affidavit showing the marks secured by the candidates in the interview, which is extracted below:- Sl. No.
