Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.VINOTHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by order dated 26.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12500 of 2022 to donate 100 bags of Ponni Rice to all the children at Kennedy

Nagar, Vysarpadi, Chennai, 25 bags to Don Bosco Anbu Illam, 25 bags to Saranalayam (Girls Home) and 25 bags to Guild of Service Balavihar, Kilpauk, Chennai .

3. Considering the submissions on either side, this Court finds no merits in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12500 of 2022 dated 26.05.2022 is extended till 11.07.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled.
