This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6961 of 2025, dated 18.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent twice a week at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for Customs appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, however opposed the relaxation petition.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6961 of 2025, dated 18.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent on the first and third Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
