This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 553 days in filing the said appeal against the judgment and sentence passed by the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore, Vellore District in Spl.SC.No.160 of 2021 dated 12.09.2022.

2. Satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner in this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 553 days in filing the said appeal against the judgment and sentence passed by the learned Special Judge for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, 2012, Vellore, Vellore District in Spl.SC.No.160 of 2021 dated 12.09.2022.
