ORDER

This application has been filed seeking grant of leave to the applicants / plaintiffs to file a suit against the Respondents/defendants under Section 92 of C.P.C.,

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, it had been contended that the respondents Trust have been framed primarily to offer education in colleges and other educational institutions have also C.V. KARTHIKEYAN,J., https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

A NO.4103 of 2025 vum been established under the first and second respondent Trust. The third Trust had also been formed on 23.03.2019 with similar objects. It had been stated that the trustees of the first and second respondent Trust along with family members had unanimously agreed to manage the allotted institutions. It is stated that in accordance with such agreement which had now been entered into among the family members, reconstitution of the Trust is required. It had been stated that this would require institution of a suit under Section 92 of the C.P.C., Leave is sought and leave is granted.

3. Registry is directed to number the suit if it is otherwise in order.

4. If there are any other applications to be numbered, the same may also be numbered by the Registry.
