O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 147,148, 448, 324, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.1883 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution as per defacto complainant one Komathi, is that on 16.05.2020, the petitioner along with other accused persons have abused her with filthy language and assaulted with deadly weapons. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name does not find a place in F.I.R Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Proseuctor submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are 3 previous cases pending against him out of which one is under Arms Act. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Taking into account the facts of the case and the petitioners were arrested very recently on 30.07.2020 and the investigation is still pending and the petitioner is having 3 previous cases to his credit, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.This Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed accordingly. -sd/- 29/09/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
